We are looking for an SMB Operations Manager to join Snap Inc. Reporting to the Head of SMB Operations, this role will create a foundational team which will propel the SMB strategy and vision forward through operational excellence. Through defining, implementing and managing the SMB operational structures and processes, this role will be pivotal in contributing to the scale and growth of the SMB business unit.
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record as a leader, leading the analysis, design and implementation of workflows and processes across a range of functions. They have experience in Sales and CRM processes, vendor sales programs rollouts and execution. and scaling workflow opportunities. They are a strategic and analytical problem solver and skilled operator with the demonstrated ability to successfully deploy new structures and coordinate execution.

What you’ll do:
Develop and manage the ongoing processes that support scaling of the SMB business unit
Design and implement operating models that predictably deliver against SMB strategic goals
Design and implement optimized workflows and processes to enable functional teams’ delivery on goals. Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions and/or test new initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams, including SMB Strategy and Program, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Data Operations, Partnerships, Measurement, and Data Science to achieve business goals
Design and implement strategic global vendor strategy strategies, roadmap, workforce footprint and metrics
Evaluate and analyze SMB business unit and operational metrics to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiencies.
Partner with Sales Ops in defining operational solutions development, including areas such as tooling improvements for sales & marketing, trainings, QA, and sales communications
Execute complex and time-critical projects through strategic and prioritized approach for resolution. Use data to influence decisions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Rapidly scaling organizational design - process, tools, people, reporting
Process mapping, workflow design and optimization expertise
Experience with Inside Sales operations
Experience with Ad Sales and potentially also ad sales and ad tech experience
Experience or familiarity in working with Ad Tech, media or digital advertising industry
High facility for data driven decision making
Sales mindset with proven ability to design and implement scalable processes across the customer lifecycle
Experience in managing multiple teams with a wide-range of functional skills
Expertise with CRM packaged software supporting marketing, sales and service automation
Experience simplifying complexity and effectively communicating with business and technical executives, as well as external stakeholders
Strong understanding of the data inputs required to track sales funnels and how to translate data into usable insights for sales managers and to better inform the overall sales strategy.
Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years experience in project management, B2B CRM, technology and/or management consulting
Proven track record launching and driving adoption for org-wide changes to operational processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with stakeholders across corporate functions
A detail-oriented individual with executive presence, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
Demonstrated organizational, project management and execution skills with ability to own cross-functional projects.
Excellent problem-solving, structuring, analyzing, and strategy skills with ability to translate analysis into actionable plans.
Ability to communicate effectively as a change agent, influencing leadership, product, marketing, and team members to take new actions and shift the daily behaviors of a team
Experience or familiarity with delivering programs through outsourced vendor partners
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience with Sales Processes and KPI Reporting
A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
