Job Description
Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is part of the Philips Connected Care business cluster. Philips BioTelemetry is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring services for more than one million patients per year. Philips acquired BioTelemetry in early 2021. The combination of Philips and BioTelemetry results in a global leader in patient care management solutions for the hospital and the home, a leading U.S.-based provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
The Sales Excellence Associate position has the opportunity to improve the efficiency and impact of the team, develop metrics and robust data visualizations to understand team performance, and contribute to the organization's global growth strategy.

Your role:
- Be a partner with sales and service team to enable sales team growth & strategy
- Evaluate the performance of new and existing sales GTM strategies
- Perform ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and in-depth analytics using a variety of information sources, tools, and analytical techniques. Defining the issue to analyze, scope the effort, and use the best techniques and data sources needed are all key to this activity.
- Improves sales productivity of the market by driving funnel health, gaining sales efficiency and/or sales effectiveness.
- Increases sales capability and drive behavioral change with the focus and lens around sales process & methodology.
- Managing projects through the various stages (initiation, planning, execution and closing) to successful completion.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, sales operations/enablement
- Demonstrated analytics and insight development - ability to define problem, data collection, create insight and ability to communicate effectively to sales team, leadership, and other internal stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, CRM) and related techniques
- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience and working knowledge of Daily management and Problem-Solving a plus
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
