We are currently seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering, refining, and documenting both business and technical requirements. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of assisting the team in prioritizing tasks from both business and technical perspectives, understanding dependencies, and assessing value. Once You Are Here, You Will:
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to extract, refine, and document requirements.
Understand and articulate both business and technical requirements effectively.
Assist the team in prioritizing tasks, considering dependencies, value, and other relevant factors.
Ideally, the candidate would contribute to the team, organizing and ensuring adherence to agile processes and ceremonies.
Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to organize and track work.
Set up and execute projects using agile methodologies.
Identify and mitigate risks, seeking guidance from client leadership when necessary.
Identify and resolve issues, collaborating with client leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Analyst role.
  • 3+ years working in a Salesforce Environment - Sales and Marketing
  • Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies effectively.
  • Requirements gathering & use case documentation Epics, User Stories, & Acceptance Criteria
  • Product Roadmap Backlog & Work Item Prioritization , Release planning, Product Demos
  • Fundamental concepts of Data Warehousing
  • Lead UAT Testing in supporting UAT testers
  • Good understanding of ETL concepts
  • Knowledge on how API works
  • Research, analysis, and problem-solving
    Understanding of relational database theories or database systems OLTP Data Flow, Data Modeling, diagrams reporting visualization
  • Understanding of reporting concepts/tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
