Oncology Clinical Training Content Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Oncology Clinical Training Content Manager creates and delivers training content for the US and International salesforces for the Oncology division and products. This includes PowerPoint slide decks, live trainings, voice over recordings, quizzes, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create clinical training content for the US and International Oncology commercial teams, products and product updates.
  • Assist with ongoing training projects such as: Recorded training modules, in-person and zoom trainings, tips of the day, sales quizzes, meeting planning and execution, etc.
  • Help create, organize, update, and present clinical information at New Hire Trainings, Area Meetings, Global Sales Meetings and Regional Trainings for all divisions. This is a remote position that will require 40% travel.
  • Create and present (via webinar or in person) trainings for channel partners selling Natera products.
  • Be part of the training team while reporting to the Director, Oncology Training.
  • Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree in a clinical / medical related field such as genetic counseling, nursing, physician assistant studies, etc.
  • 5+ years of esoteric laboratory developed testing experience
  • Oncology experience is required
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Proof of COVID Vaccine Required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Sales training experience preferred
  • Organized, flexible, creative, and able to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Dynamic presenting skills, and ability to teach complex information in a simple manner
  • Professional user of Powerpoint, Excel, Zoom, etc.
  • Duties are typically performed in an office setting.
  • This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone and read printed material.
  • Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) at times.
