Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager (divisional department head) in the execution of the annual marketing plan to contribute to the successful achievement of the division's business plan goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing resource for the Marketing Manager and as the secondary marketing contact for the division
  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning the annual, quarterly and monthly marketing efforts to include incentive promotions, community marketing and agent outreach
  • Coordinate the development and execution of all marketing collateral and campaign materials (print and digital); ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Perform ongoing website audits and ensure content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives (i.e., create and distribute eblasts and flyers, submit digital media request forms, etc.)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of all consumer and agent events
  • Participate in planning and execution of sales team meetings and events as well as divisional office events
  • Assist in the new community opening process (planning, execution, follow-up)
  • Support divisional, regional and national marketing initiatives including special projects as requested
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in tracking expenses for project marketing, model furniture and monthly advertising budgets
  • Responsible for departmental administrative tasks including vendor set-up, invoice coding/processing/tracking and expense report preparation

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
    • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail; ability to copywrite, edit and proofread materials for grammar and content
    • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), eblast systems, photo editing, website management; Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus
    • Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines, often with frequent interruptions and changing circumstances, in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
    • Strong team player with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams
    • Flexibility to attend some evening and weekend events as needed
