Description:
As the Brand Manager for Kendra Scott, you will work to be the voice and heart of the Kendra Scott consumer and brands of Kendra Scott and Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott in the marketplace and internally. You will lead with the consumer and work with BrandX, Operations, Regional Marketing, Philanthropy and cross-functional teams to drive holistic 360 marketing plans that support the brand, product and partnership, sponsorship and collaboration activity in the market.

You will be responsible for working across integrated BrandX, Philanthropy, Regional Marketing as well as merchandising and design teams- in the creation and execution of brand initiatives to support our brand goals of elevating the brand, evoking emotion and engaging our consumer. You will contribute to the team's development of strategy, ideation, implementation, and evaluation of plans, leading to 360 consumer first ideas and strategies that service our consumer and brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Know and engage the Kendra Scott consumer to provide valuable insights and ensure programs are driving brand success.
  • Assist in the creation and development of annual strategy and brand ideas.
  • Assist in setting and developing the quarterly and dedicated plans and briefs and for the brand teams cohesive execution of product launches and seasonal initiatives.
  • Focus on brand activation and collaboration marketing, working closely brand, brandX, MPA and design to elevate Kendra Scott brand.
  • Focus on product marketing, working closely with BrandX to align on seasonal storytelling and tactical support in the market working closely with key partners from Creative Studios to Channel Leads to brief in and bring the stories to life.
  • Lead the development in partnership with ops & key stakeholders in the development of marketing programs that support our brand activation, sponsorship, partnership, collaboration and philanthropy programs in the market
  • Contribute to development of consumer first 'insider' propositions to service our membership audience.
  • Plan, Budget, Brief and Project management.

Key Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in brand / consumer marketing or related experiences in marketing strategy, marketing planning and marketing implementation.
  • Must be able to write strategic briefs to inform and direct creative development and integrated marketing work streams with internal and external partners.
  • Experience developing integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns in retail/lifestyle/jewelry/luxury.
  • Concrete experience managing complex projects, programs and activations that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Love and passion for Kendra Scott.
  • Thorough knowledge of the jewelry industry and cultural trends in the marketplace with a demonstrated understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to motivate others within a work group.
  • Calm under pressure while exuding competence and "can do" attitude.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Keynote, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
Preferred:
  • Kendra Scott marketing experience.
  • Well-versed in new and innovative media (digital/social) channels, and interesting new ways to engage consumers in big ideas.
