Description and Requirements
The Clinical Quality Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Healthfirst initiatives and regulatory requirements related to HEDIS quality improvement. This position is member, provider, and vendor facing. This position has a hybrid work location: Remote, office based, and in the field as needed. Office location is 100 Church Street, New York.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support providers with HEDIS care gap closures through member outreach and appointment scheduling Educate members on the importance of completing preventive services through outreach calls Collaborate with provider navigation teams to track and trend monthly member outreach and appointment outcomes Lead supplemental data training and office hour sessions with external stakeholders Perform medical record reviews and data abstraction consistent with HEDIS measure technical specifications Provide detailed updates on regulatory audits, projects, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders during knowledge sharing events Engage in medical record retrieval efforts for HEDIS and internal audit activities by ensuring medical records are accurately accounted for, scanned, and saved in the appropriate Healthfirst system Organize and prepare PowerPoint presentations for project report outs Additional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher Prior experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance, in a health-related field or environment Knowledge of HEDIS/QARR and/or Medicare Stars Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Hiring Range: Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $57,408 - $76,960 All Other Locations (within approved locations): $49,795 - $72,800 As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
