Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Experience building, developing, and leading a team.
- Financial planning and modeling experience within the payments or tech industry.
- Excellent business partnering, influencing and presentation skills, including experience building, developing, and leading a team.
- Experience with early stage product development, and flexibility to adapt to new approaches/thinking in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for leading FP&A processes, including planning, budgeting and forecasting, for Payments in India. Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analyses to support decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to the India Payments team on financial and budgetary matters.
- Build and maintain long-term financial models to support longer term performance and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the financial strategies align with overall organizational goals, and develop and present relevant financial performance to senior leaders across the Payments organization.
- Manage and motivate a team of finance professionals to ensure successful delivery of results.
