In this dynamic role, you'll serve as the linchpin of our customer satisfaction initiatives, driving key metrics through proactive support and effective communication with clients across all project phases. By meticulously reviewing RFQs and crafting comprehensive Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), you'll set the stage for project success by aligning our deliverables with our client's unique specifications and aspirations. Additionally, you'll spearhead our Project Risk Analysis efforts, leveraging insights from past projects to anticipate potential challenges and proactively mitigate risks. Through strategic client interactions and meticulous documentation, you'll ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment at every step of the project lifecycle, cementing our reputation as a trusted partner in quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Be the catalyst for customer satisfaction metrics by actively engaging with customers to address their concerns, collaborating closely with our Fulfilment, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams.
  • Delve into the intricate details of RFQs, crafting and delivering project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) that resonate with our client's specifications and aspirations.
  • Spearhead our Project Risk Analysis efforts, leveraging insights from past projects to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring smoother project execution.
  • Take charge of client interactions, orchestrating visits, and meetings with our client's quality organizations to instill unwavering confidence in our capabilities.
  • Own the creation, dissemination, and alignment of crucial Engineering Memorandum of Requirements (EMOR) and Material Review Board (MRB) documentation packs with our clients, ensuring clarity and compliance throughout.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bring your wealth of experience in driving customer satisfaction to the forefront of our operations.
  • Showcase your expertise in Quality Assurance methodologies and tools, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma (desirable).
  • Possessing an internal auditor qualification would be a remarkable asset to our team (desirable).
