The Project Manager within the Media Product Organization will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing our ad technology development projects. Your responsibilities will span project planning, coordination, and successful execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that development projects stay on track to adhere to timelines and scope.

Base Salary $85,000 - $105,000/annually
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues.

- Go to market/product activation:
- Ensure sales and marketing elements align with specifications and launch on schedule.
- Partner with sales and service org to ensure all requirements are clearly established and deliverables met on time
- Identify and clear blockers to ensure launches are on schedule
- Resource Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, assets, and resources based on team capacity.
- Analyze and produce reporting, success stories, best practices, and case studies to showcase campaign effectiveness.
- Product Development and Enhancement:
- Assist product managers with capturing business requirements into design concepts and functional specifications.
- Communications:
- Act as a liaison between product and other cross-functional internal groups
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years technology project management
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) certifications are advantageous.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $59,400 and $122,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
