We have an exciting new role for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to grow their career with us! This role will be a part of the Issuer Services Marketing team across the business.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing organic and paid media efforts, email communications and website updates. This position helps implement strategic and tactical B2B digital marketing programs at a segment and business level to help the organization realize its business objectives. This role requires a combination of data analysis, creative execution, and growth marketing to create "winning" digital marketing programs across search, social, email and web.

A role you will love

The position requires a hands-on, collaborative, flexible approach with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines. The role is best suited for a high-achiever with proven ability to contribute individually (through hands-on execution) as well as part of a results-focused global team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement search and social efforts directing quality traffic to company websites and online experiences in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Build email communications in-line with best practices and business objectives
  • Update website in conjunction with content, campaign and business objectives
  • Create campaign design executions from templated formats
  • Plan, execute, and measure digital experiments and conversion tests
  • Evaluate data at tactic, audience, and segment level to optimize spend and marketing performance
  • Develop and maintain informative reports that track campaign metrics and present to internal stakeholders along with actionable recommendations
  • Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies and trends in SEM and paid media, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What will you bring to the role?

You will have 3-5 years of digital marketing experience as part of a marketing team, preferably with a public company comparable to Computershare. You will be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and executing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience with paid media platforms, analyzing digital results and creating design from templates highly desired.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Solid knowledge of G4 analytics and other measurement tools as well as campaign functionality within Eloqua and CRMoD.
  • General knowledge of design systems like Illustrator and financial services market knowledge a plus.
  • A self-starter with the initiative and ability to think commercially as well as creatively.
  • You would need to be adaptable, dynamic, and results-driven and be comfortable to work independently whilst collaborating with the team on varying tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions.
