What you will be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities are focused on the Company's UK, EU and APAC businesses.
1. Manage the overall administration of Insurance Risk Management related to UK, EU and APAC .
2. Oversee and manage insurance policy administration.
3. Review leases and contracts for insurance provisions and recommend edits/exceptions, etc.

4. Oversee data, communication, and administration of UK, EU and APAC insurance policies to local businesses.
5. Develop, manage, and maintain insurance renewal underwriting information and renewal reports.
6. Develop and prepare underwriting renewal exhibits, applications, etc. and assist with renewals as requested.
7. Responsible for management, integration for acquired businesses, and cost saving synergies of locally issued insurance policies.
8. Responsible all EU and APAC entities are appropriately represented on global insurance policies.
9. Assist with the evaluation and integration of insurance policies of acquisitions and with divestitures.
10. Responsible for managing property loss prevention recommendations in conjunction with property insurer and local management.
11. Drive loss prevention and risk mitigation measures with local management including EHS.
12. Manage property and casualty claims in the region from reporting to insurers to closure.
13. Manage various administrative reports and processes.
14. Provide technical support and guidance with regard to insurance certificate issuance and review of inbound insurance certificates.
16. Assist with insurance and risk management inquiries from both within the Company and external constituents; promote positive and professional relations with all contacts.
17. Comply with all applicable policies and procedures.
18. Preform related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as insurance, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. College degree preferred. Six or more years of broad experience in commercial insurance (underwriting, account management, etc.) or risk management. Supervisory experience preferred.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong analytical ability
2. Background in an insurance or risk management operation required
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; good computer aptitude in data systems
