We're seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Manager, Cross-Functional Relationship Management and Business Development to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage Global Strategy and Sales Operations sub-teams (pods)
  • Develop regular cadence of Business Management System reporting including:
  • Lead quarterly strategy meetings including State of the Union and Initiative Tracker
  • Lead quarterly review of the Treasury Services group
  • Monthly emails from Chief Commercial Officer
  • Lead the development of Market Strategies
  • Partner with global, regional and country teams across all functions to ensure effective risk control and business governance
  • Proactively identify process reengineer and performance improvement opportunities for governance and control enhancement
  • Work with global and regional legal, compliance and risk control teams to ensure satisfactory completion of Risk Assessments
  • Participate/Lead various working groups including but not limited to 1BNYM, Catalyst etc.
  • Work with various stakeholders to build branding for the business across multiple fronts (internal, external and talent attraction)
  • PMO on all Sales Leader culture and communications - town halls, monthly emails etc.
  • Coordinate Commercialization to see what a customer is seeing/hearing - price, service levels etc.
  • Workforce management for sales
  • Executes the operational/business strategy and related activities for line of business.
  • Provides solutions/recommendations for complex business initiatives for line of business, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Partners with business line managers to design short, medium and long-term operational improvements.
  • Lead bi-annual leadership meeting(s)
  • Sales Kickoff - Take ownership of the Sales Kickoff event including training, leadership development etc.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 15 plus years of total work experience with at least 5-7 years of management is preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
