More about Jessica
Jessica Lewis began her career as a journalist and, after a winding path, discovered a love for workforce development and career coaching. In large part due to this personal experience, she especially enjoys supporting career changers to identify transferable skills and strengths and articulate their value as they transition into new roles and industries. Jessica is an NCDA-credentialed Global Career Development Facilitator. She uses a holistic strengths-based approach to empower jobseekers to identify and achieve their goals and find truly fulfilling and sustainable employment. In addition to one-on-one and group coaching, she has experience developing, implementing, and evaluating job search training programs for long-term unemployed adults returning to work in marketing and technology roles. Throughout her more than ten years in the nonprofit sector, she has seen first-hand the transformational power of meaningful, values-aligned employment, and she feels honored to have supported hundreds of people on their job search journeys.
